Luca soccer club conducted an introductory course for those who wish to pursue a career in football coaching. 3 days workshop was held August 21,22 and 23.
The football coaches’ education workshop was instructed by Hayden Jose, Head coach of the reserve team and the assistant coach of the senior team in Luca soccer club.
A total of 30 upcoming coaches are participated in the workshop and all of them have completed the program satisfactorily. They all agree that the whole program was very useful in all aspects on
how to create an impression of providing life skills such as discipline, respect and personal control through appropriate behavior and effective communication, The complexities of player scouting and how to plan training sessions with clear goals while creating a positive atmosphere.
Mainly The program gave them knowledge about tactical and technical side of football for 3 days on and off the Field sessions. And some of them have got vocational opportunities with Luca soccer club.
